Here is some of the details that might have been missed by many other passersby. The first image is some type of fungus growing on the tree trunk. And in the second image of the leaf, I just was instantly drawn into the beautiful colors this little leaf held in it. Although I'm sure they quickly faded as it lay there on the ground.

Before you pointed out that was fungus on that tree - i thought it was a little bit of snow! Like the details in both photos.
