Take A Seat
One of my favorites from my Petoskey visits. I am sure I got the idea for the shot from somewhere else but I couldn't tell you where. I came across these chairs and I just loved their set up. I would have loved to have stayed here longer and watch the sunset but we had to get to dinner and I think we were actually trespassing on the grounds of the resort nearby. We weren't staying at this resort but would love the opportunity to go and stay here. The grounds were beautiful and right on the lake.

I would LOVE to take a seat. I would never want to leave. (Until the cold, Lake Michigan winter set in.)
What a superb photo! I like the chairs all lined up for a great show!
Believe I will! If I only were there! Thanks for stopping by my place. Good morning from Mississippi, USA. I hope you have a wonderful morning!
Christy - as soon as I saw this photo - it brought back memories of sitting in the adirondack chairs at mission point resort on Mackinac Island. Loved this!
That looks like a great place to watch everything. Why no-one is there?
that must be so relaxing!
Really I can? Don't ask me twice! If I sit here, I will never go away, you know that? What a kind invitation.
What a wonderful photo, Christy. I think the chairs being empty makes it so much better than if people were lounging about in them. The empty chairs make one think -- consider all the possibilities about why they are empty and what it would be like to fill them. Great work.
I love this picture...the ocean looks amazing and I would love to be sitting there enjoying the view.
The empty chairs with that great view beckon. First time I've seen your blog, very nice images.
