Looking for Something to Do
I remember the day I took this photo. This horse looked so bored and really enjoyed the visitors that came to see him. He (I assume he) had a large area to roam but just looked like he was in need of a friend. It was really warm this day, unseasonably warm for October in Michigan. We are talking mid eighties for the temperature, it was the end of October when we are lucky to have mid seventies. This shot was an achievememt for me because he really didn't want to cooperate with my efforts to take his picture.

Cool shot of the horse. Animals can be very uncooperative sometimes.
I like the angle of this shot - he looks like a sweet thing!

worth every minute of it. He's a big guy too sandy
What a beautiful horse! I love your photo! Glad you stopped by. P.S. Reading is a bit slow at the moment - garden taking priority. Still managing a few pages a day though. Thanks for asking. :)
What a pretty horse!
I love the contrasting colors of mane & coat on this horse. Wonderful shot!
FYI: I’ve got two Camera Critters posts today on two different blogs (and one to be shared tomorrow at Small Reflections) … so if you’ve got time please check them out: CC#15 and CC#16.
Hugs and blessings,

A great looking horse for sure.
I love horses. Even uncooperative ones. lol Good photo, despite the unwilling model. :o)
Thanks for visiting me!
great shot nice looking too
What a beautiful horse... wonderful photo!
I find horses are so unimpressed by photogasphers. Noq, if you had a carrot in your hand, THAT might be interesting. ;-)
Oooohhh I really love the angle of this shot! Gorgeous!
He is beautiful!
Nice picture, thanks for your visit.
Aaaah beautiful palomino(I think). Beautiful anyway.
Great shot considering he did not want to co-operate. Horses are not daft and if they don't want their photo took, what you usually get is a great shot of a bum! So congrats on this.
Cute shot. I am not so sure that horses are not man's best friend! I do love them both though!
I love this picture and your collection on your blog. This is a site of photo inspiration for me.
What a shiny coat!
A beautiful (bored) horse !
thx for stopping by. LOL What a lovely horse.
Horses, it sems to me, are always keen to have company which is why they like having a donkey friend. Have you ever seen that in Michigan?
what a beautiful creature! maybe it is a star, and that's why it didn't cooperate :)!
It's a lovely horse. Horses are sociable animals and they need company of friends.
Thanks for visiting my other blog.
Lovely horse!!
This would be of civilization without our friend horse ...
Pretty horse. My daughter, who is only 8, told me that stable owners usually have cats in the barn to keep the horses company. Who knew! Thank you for your comments about Daisy.
I love the shot of the horse. He does look a little sad and lonely. Hopefully they got him a friend. Horses are just so beautiful, one of my favorite animals, dolphins are my first.
Nice picture!Hahahha...i know how hard it is to get attention of animals =)
