Sun-Kissed Goodnight

It has been a while since I participated in sky watch. I have missed it but have felt overwhelmed by the amount of people participating. Today I am feeling up to it.

I have finally had a chance to sit and relax and do what I love to do the most, take pictures and come up with beautiful images to share. This image was taken just over a week ago. I had a few extra minutes on my way to church. It was about an hour or so before sunset, so I took a scenic little driving tour into For-Mar Nature Preserve. I am still hoping to get some deer images but so far no luck. Maybe when I get the chance to actually get out of the car and walk around, I will finally see some. In this picture, I just loved how the sun-kissed color of the sky is ever so soft.

Love the grasses in that photo. I also see a tinge of pink in that pretty sky.

Christy great photo. Looks very cold there. Pampas grass never seems to bothered by the cold. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. =)

The colors are wonderful, and I love the softness of the fluffy grasses, too.

SkyWatch CAN be overwhelming, but I had to learn to just do a little. I used to think I had to visit everyone--or as many as I could possibly cram in. Since I'm on the team now, I don't do that. And I also realize that very few others do. It seems that most visit the few before and maybe after them, and few favorites. Just do what is comfortable!
