Mid-Spring Sunset

This was the view I had looking east out my front door. The wooded lot behind my home is what I will miss most about my old home. I still get to look out my front door to see gorgeous sunsets though. I had started a series of images that I had entitled "Out My Front Door" mostly of sunset images. My only problem is that they are all on film and most of them still need developing. I so need to get my film developed. I think, now that my vehicle is paid off, I need to start taking a few rolls in each month until I have them all developed. Does anyone have any recommendations on whether I should use some place local or should I use one of the mail services? I don't know.

Love the colours in this picture! I haven't been to your site in a while, I like the theme & certainly agree with your quote "I truly think there is more beauty in imperfection......"

All the best with your photography, and hope you succeed in finding some way to develop your film. Thankfully I never had a problem with film, as I started with photography on a digital camera. :)

Cheers,

I haven't had any film developed in a long while... maybe google and see what comes up and look for feedback on those sites??

Thank you for your comments on your blog. They are filled with such insight and wisdom and much appreciated.

So blue the sky!
"FinePix S6000fd" - this a digital camera.
I already forgot how to use my film camera. ;)

Tabib - yes I used a digital camera for the image. I have the Fujifilm S6000fd and an Olympus E520. I like different things about them but in some ways I miss my film. I especially miss working with the black and white film and images. I long for when I get my darkroom set up so that I can start working with the B&W again. Thanks for stopping by. I enjoy your bird images.
